Florida Tech a Host of International Space University Space Studies Program June 4-Aug. 3, 2012
MELBOURNE, FLA.—International Space University (ISU) will hold its 25th annual Space Studies Program (SSP) of the International Space University (ISU) at Florida Institute of Technology and Kennedy Space Center (KSC), June 4-Aug. 3, 2012. Florida Tech Professor Guy Boy chairs the program’s Florida Tech/KSC organizing committee.
Each summer, ISU offers an intense nine-week course at rotating locations for post-graduate university students and professionals in all disciplines. Courses cover technical and nontechnical space-related topics, including technologies, physical science, satellite applications, life sciences, policy management and social sciences.

Dwayne McCay, Florida Tech executive vice president and chief operating officer. “For more than 50 years, the educational mission of our university has been closely linked to NASA and space-related research.
