Six Florida Tech Students Participate in Free Global Leadership Workshop Sept. 28

MELBOURNE, FLA.—Florida Institute of Technology’s Institute for Cross Cultural Management (ICCM) presents the Global Leadership Academy, a free one-day workshop designed for professionals and corporate executives, on Sept. 28. Six Florida Tech students were chosen to participate in the workshop, which is designed to provide necessary leadership skills applicable in a global, real-world work environment. The workshop is just for these six students.

The students were selected based on their interest in globalization, current leadership experience, and high potential to engage in global leadership after graduation. The invited students are Gabrielle Leesman, Mohamed Youssef, Sean Curry, Jesse Green, Nichole Eaton and Gable Costello. They will each receive a Global Leadership Certificate from the ICCM after completing the workshop.

Co-leading the workshop are Rich Griffith, professor of the graduate I/O Psychology program and ICCM executive director, and Curtis Curry, adjunct professor, Florida Tech Nathan M. Bisk College of Business, and president of Quality Learning International.
