Florida Tech to Hold Third Annual Earth Day Celebration, Lead Guided Tour of the Botanical Gardens April 21

MELBOURNE, FLA.—The Women’s Business Center at Florida Institute of Technology will celebrate Earth Day on April 21 with guest speakers and a Botanical Garden tour. The tour, starting at 2 p.m. at the historic school house, will be guided by members of the Botanical Garden committee.

At 3 p.m., in the garden’s gazebo patio area, Pamela Shoemaker from Brevard County Recycling will “talk trash” and certified green consultant Ros Lanthorne, of the Zen of Clean, will speak on how to green your product. A few eco-friendly vendors will be on hand.
