Registration for Fall Art Classes Opens July 15 at Foosaner Art Museum

MELBOURNE, FLA.—Registration for the fall term of art classes and workshops at the Renee Foosaner Education Center of Florida Tech will begin July 15. The new semester starts the week of Aug. 19.

Classes are held Monday through Friday throughout the day and evening. A variety of classes are available, including pottery, sculpture, painting and drawing. New classes for teenagers and children are also being launched this term, including beading, cartooning and an art inspired story time.

“Exciting new workshops, including Pottery for Bonsai, Raku with John Kellum and The Art of Beading will also kick-off the new term,” said Sara Petrosky, curator of education.

Pre-registration is required for all classes and workshops. Details, schedules and prices can be found on the Foosaner Art Museum’s website under “classes.” Starting July 15, students may sign-up for classes conveniently online or by calling the Education Center at (321) 674-8923.
